Enrolling Students

Welcome to the Goodridge School!

In Goodridge, you will find a school community that welcomes and loves each child that comes through our doors.

If you plan to enroll your student, please complete the following forms:

  1. New Student Enrollment Form

  2. Transportation Request

  3. Free and Reduced lunch form

  4. Emergency Medical Form

  5. Release of Records (if your child has attended school in a different district)

  6. Preschool Family Questionnaire (if you are enrolling your child in Preschool)

  7. Open Enrollment Form (if you live outside the Goodridge School District)

The district will also need the following from parents/guardians:

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate

  2. Immunization Records

  3. Doctor's note for any special dietary needs

  4. $40 Book Deposit for all students entering grades 4-12
