TODAY:  The Varsity Track Meet on Thursday, April 24, at Warroad has been cancelled…practices at own schools that day.  Also the JV Meet on Friday at Baudette has been cancelled…NO PRACTICE FRIDAY.
Attention:  A reminder to all Girls Basketball Players:  If you are not planning on doing summer stuff or not planning on going out for basketball next season, please turn in your practice jersey to Mr. Smith.  If you have any questions, please contact Brent or Mr. Smith.    

Also:  FORMS for the 2014 Chargers Girls Basketball  for Under Armour Travel Suit items can be found outside the school office.  REMINDER;  CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO TRAVIS SMITH.  This is the only order that will be done this school year.  The next order will take place Summer 2015.  Any questions contact Travis Smith at 218-280-3154.  These are not mandatory to order and girls do not have to put a number on the shooting shirts/travel suits if they do not want to.       Mr. Smith

ATTENTION PROM ATTENDEES:  Please sign up outside the office for a time slot for your PROM picture by Thoele Photography…and remember you must be prompt for these picture times.   If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Saurdiff. 
There is a Camps 2 Careers Camp to explore health careers available will take place June 3-5 at UofM Crookston Campus for students entering Grade 8, 9, 10 and 11… …more info is available in school office…Also a Scrubs Camp 2014 (a Health Careers Exploration Camp) will take place June 17-18 at the cost of $100 per person for students entering Grade 8, 9 or 10.  For application and information the email is or 218-281-9216.
There are a few free student Shrine Circus tickets still available in school office.
ATV Safety Training will be held on Saturday, May 3 at the Grygla School from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided.  Students must be 11 years of age or older with the certificates not valid until 12 years of age.  Training CD’s will need to be completed in advance.  Pass Certificates will not be provided without CD paperwork.  Training CD’s are available at the Grygla School or via the DNR.  Pass Certificates will provide a pass code and directions to pay the DNR directly.  NO MONEY will be accepted by instructors.  (Bring a helmet if you have one….any questions? FYI:  Congratulations to Travis Tabatt on receiving 3rd place at the NW MN Art Exhibit and also to Courtney Boutain for receiving the Award of Merit.  There will be an Artist Reception on Sunday, April 27, 2014 for all students in the show and their families.  Refreshments are available at 1:30 and the program starts at 2:00 at the American Legion in Middle River.    Mrs. Saurdiff

Are you on the preschool census?  If you have a child birth to 4 years old, please call 378-4134 to get on the preschool census.  This way you can be sure to get Early Childhood class information, kindergarten registration materials, and other important district information.

Weight Room

The weight room in the Goodridge school is open to the public and is supervised daily from 7:00 -  8:15 AM throughout the school year.  Use of the weight room is free, and is sponsored through community education.  If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact the Goodridge school office at 218-378-4133.  Thank you, Galen Clow, Supt.
