Reminder: Tomorrow (Wednesday, November 1st) is picture day for Preschool 3, and also re-take day for those that missed picture day or need to re-take. It is also class picture day/yearbook picture day! Preschool 4 class pictures will be in the spring.

Following the parade, students will have trick-or-treat bag decorating, where students and guests will color bags for trick or treating. The GG Chargers FB team defeated the WEM Patriots today in the Semi-finals and will be playing in the Section 8 nine-player Championship on Thursday, 11/2 @ the Fargodome. In order to allow students, parents, and staff to attend the game there will be NO SCHOOL for Goodridge students or staff on Thursday, November 2nd. Please call the school on Monday if you have any questions.

Did you know that each day, the office gives a list to each bus driver noting all bus changes? The office also calls each classroom to inform teachers/students of bus changes at the end of the day.
If your child is not riding the bus (and normally does), it helps the office, the classroom teacher, and the bus driver if you notify the office prior to 2:15 p.m.
Due to the safety of our students and bus capacity restrictions, students are not allowed to ride alternate bus routes! Only pre-approved bus changes by the transportation director are permitted.

URGENT MESSAGE: Due to a bus driver shortage, there will be no yellow (Tony's) route after school today, Monday, October 23rd. If your student rides the yellow route, please make arrangements to pick up your student from school at 3:15 p.m. If you are unable to make arrangements, please call the office before 1 p.m. today. This is the only day that should be affected - normal bus routes will resume tomorrow. Please call the school with any questions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We know you have been experiencing some issues with our new communication app, Rooms (we are also experiencing some issues)! I sincerely apologize that this has not been resolved sooner; we were hoping for a smooth transition into the new school year and unfortunately, that has not been the case. We are still working with the app developers to straighten out the kinks, and I will keep you informed of our progress and the direction we plan on going in the future. In the meantime, please remember you can always access your student's classroom teachers via email (you can find their emails here: https://www.goodridge.k12.mn.us/staff) or by calling the school.
